On November 19, the National Energy Administration announced the household photovoltaic installed capacity in October, among which Shandong ranked first with 643,601 kilowatts, Hebei ranked second with 461,181 kilowatts, and Henan ranked third with 361,791 kilowatts.
Household photovoltaic project information

According to the "Notice of the National Energy Administration on the Development and Construction of Wind Power and Photovoltaic Power Generation in 2021" (Guo Neng Fa Xin Neng [2021] No. 25) and the "Notice of the General Office of the National Energy Administration on the Publication and Submission of Household Photovoltaic Project Information in 2019" (Guo Neng Zong Tong Xin Neng [2019] No. 45) on the management of household photovoltaic projects, a total of 30 provinces in the country have submitted household photovoltaic project information (Tibet has no household photovoltaic projects included in the 2021 fiscal subsidy scale and has not submitted it).
According to the information submitted by provincial energy authorities and power grid companies, the total installed capacity of household photovoltaic projects newly included in the national fiscal subsidy scale in October 2021 was 1.9327 million kilowatts. As of the end of October 2021, the total installed capacity of household photovoltaic projects included in the 2021 national fiscal subsidy scale was 13.6109 million kilowatts.
