On March 27, 2024 (Wednesday), Martin Chedondo, the ambassador of Zimbabwe to China, and his delegation of five people, accompanied by the leaders of the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office and the municipal government, visited Jieyang Group. The accompanying personnel of the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office included: Wang Liang, deputy director of the African Department of the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office and third-level researcher; Lian Yuqing, fourth-level chief clerk of the African Department of the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office. The accompanying personnel of the municipal government departments included: Liu Changmin, first-level inspector of the Dezhou Municipal Government; Zhang Fangrui, secretary and director of the Party Leadership Group of the Dezhou Municipal Foreign Affairs Office; Wang Qi, member of the Party Leadership Group and deputy director of the Dezhou Municipal Foreign Affairs Office; Song Shizhong, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of Dezhou Economic and Technological Development Zone; Tao Jinkang, deputy county magistrate of Linyi County; Xu Yiming, director of the Linyi County Foreign Affairs Development Promotion Center, and others. Wang Ping, chairman of Jieyang Group, and Xie Tongbin, general manager, led the company team to warmly receive and conduct friendly exchanges.

Accompanied by Wang Ping, Chairman of Jieyang Group, Xie Tongbin, General Manager, and the company team, the delegation visited photovoltaic systems including photovoltaic carports, photovoltaic curtain walls, photovoltaic water pumps, and rooftop photovoltaic power stations installed in the company's factory area, and observed and explained the real-time operating status of the equipment.

Afterwards, the group came to the company's technology exhibition hall and listened to the development history, corporate culture, management model and honorary qualifications of Jieyang Group over the past ten years. By watching the company introduction video, they learned in detail about Jieyang Group's R&D, production, sales and service integrated industrial chain, as well as the current development overview and main business.

In the model project display area, General Manager Xie Tongbin explained in detail the application, operation principle, installation and grid connection mode, power generation and income of solar photovoltaic power generation system, performance characteristics, customer groups, market development prospects of solar street lights, etc. After listening to the explanation, the ambassador showed great interest in solar water heaters and other products, and raised a series of related questions based on the actual situation in Zimbabwe, and General Manager Xie Tongbin gave detailed answers one by one.

After the visit, Martin Chedondo, the Zimbabwean ambassador to China, and his delegation expressed their appreciation for Jieyang Group's products, expressed their willingness and confidence in strategic cooperation with Jieyang Group, affirmed the company's overall operation, and praised Jieyang Group as a trustworthy and thriving enterprise.
